I am so sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:-
- Special ordered item in a particular size, length or colour
- Engraved items
Please note that I cannot exchange or refund items, as above, unless they are defective or faulty.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:-
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
If you wish to still return your item, please continue with the following:-
1. Please notify me by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 working days from the date you received your order.
2. The item(s) must then be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier within 14 days of invoice date to:

Please retain a proof of postage as I cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
3. All items must be returned in an unused (re-saleable) condition, in all their original packaging along with a proof of purchase.
4. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item.
Items may be returned for an exchanged. If all the above conditions have been met then I will refund the price of the items, however there will be no refunds for any delivery charges.
If the products you return are faulty or incorrect, I will offer you a replacement or refund and the cost of the return postage.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
I will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged, though every item is checked before sending. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
